Cumming City Center
Seventy-five acres built by the City of Cumming around an amphitheatre and a reflection pool, with roughly 117,000 square feet of shops, restaurants and offices, a putting course and a boardwalk over Kelly Mill Branch. Parking is free, including the five-level deck. The farmers market runs Saturday mornings, and the summer concert series and first-Thursday Cruise-In fill the green.

Vickery Village
The village center of a 214-acre walkable neighborhood: more than 200,000 square feet of shops, restaurants, offices and homes arranged around a courtyard green, including live-work units above the storefronts. Free parking throughout. Weekly farmers and artisan markets, outdoor movies and Vicktoberfest in the autumn.

Halcyon
A hundred and thirty-five acres of shops, more than twenty restaurants, a market hall, loft offices, homes, an Embassy Suites hotel and a central green — with a Big Creek Greenway trailhead at the edge of it. The deck is free to park in; a handful of premium spaces are paid.

Two of the three already do all of it
Vickery Village and Halcyon both have homes, offices and shops on the same block today — Vickery with live-work units above the storefronts, Halcyon with creative loft offices, apartments and a hotel.
City Center is still filling in
Cumming City Center has the shops, the restaurants and the offices. The residential piece is under construction: 301 apartments began going up in early 2026 with delivery expected in 2027, alongside townhomes and detached homes next door.
One address to explain. Halcyon carries an Alpharetta 30005 mailing address, but it sits in unincorporated south Forsyth County — outside the Alpharetta city limits and outside Fulton County altogether.
