Two very different shopping trips
An open-air center with a theater and a wine festival, and a four-lane corridor where you can knock out the whole list in an afternoon.

The Collection at Forsyth
An open-air center that mixes shops with restaurants, offices, a hotel and an AMC theater. Barnes & Noble, Sephora, DSW, Victoria’s Secret, Warby Parker, Talbots, LOFT, J.Crew Factory, Pandora and Academy Sports sit alongside Marlow’s Tavern, Ted’s Montana Grill, Mellow Mushroom, CAVA and Jim ’N Nick’s.
It programs its own calendar too: Summer Fridays run weekly from May through September, with a wine festival in October, a pumpkin festival late in the month, and a tree lighting and holiday market in November.
CUMMING · MARKET PLACE BOULEVARD
Market Place Boulevard
Forsyth County’s big-box corridor runs from the 900 block to the 2400 block of Market Place Boulevard, stitched together from five separate shopping centers. There is no single website for it and no directory at the entrance — but between them these stores cover most of a list.

Home and hardware
The Home Depot at 1000 and Lowe’s at 935 sit at the south end. HomeGoods is up at 2195 and Michaels at 1200.
Apparel and off-price
T.J. Maxx shares 2195 with HomeGoods. Marshalls is at 1350, Ross at 1535, Kohl’s at 1615 and Old Navy at 2255.
Everything else
Target at 1525 and the Walmart Supercenter at 1500 anchor the middle. Best Buy is at 2085, Ulta at 2295, PetSmart at 1020 and Dick’s Sporting Goods at 2145.
Two that people often place here but are not: Hobby Lobby is on South Atlanta Road at Lanier Crossing, and Academy Sports is at The Collection on Peachtree Parkway.
Prefer somewhere you can walk?
Cumming City Center, Vickery Village and Halcyon put the shops, the restaurants and the parking deck on the same block.
