Named after the popular spit-grilled style of cooking pork, CT Al Pastor will serve a limited menu of authentic Mexican-style tacos and bowls, as well as imported beers, CT’s beloved classic margaritas on the rocks and frozen cocktails including frosé, piña coladas and more. The colorful design of the stall will be reminiscent of CT Cantina Taqueria while offering a grab-and-go option for guests on the Village Green.
