Cumming Country Fair & Festival is a Regional Fair and is the largest event held at the Cumming Fairgrounds each year. The fair attracts over 250,000 people from all over Georgia over an 11-day period.

Drew Exposition midway is one of the largest carnival midways in the United States, and features games, rides, and the Georgia Mountain Lift.
