Cumming Fairgrounds

The Fairgrounds is home to a variety of events throughout the year. The City of Cumming Fairgrounds consists of 33.39 acres of land, 15.14 acres of parking and over 60,000 sq. feet of building space available for rental. Easily accessible from GA 400 and Hwy 20.

The covered arena has the perfect venue for events
such as, graduations, music festivals, concerts and rodeos. The arena has a dirt floor with stadium style bleachers with seating up to 3,100 and additional floor seating up to 2,700 (bleachers are ADA compliant with wheelchair accessibility. Restrooms are located on both sides of the arena. Ceiling Height of 37’ and equipped with sound and lighting. Portable stage is available.

The Horton Exhibit Hall has the perfect venue for Meetings and Community Events. Lower level has an open floor plan to accommodate any type of event. restrooms, concession area, fans, heat, tables, and chairs are available. Upper level is great for any business meetings and dinners. Climate-controlled atmosphere with banquet tables, chairs, and restrooms.

The livestock barn has the perfect venue for trade or livestock shows. The livestock barn is 110’ x 150’ with 42 10’ x 10’ stalls. The interior is a dirt floor with lighting, cooling fans and heaters.
